This was a return visit to Park South and Eva's lovely hospitality. The accomodation is clean and comfortable and the highlights are the cups of tea, home baking and... read more chats on arrival, the amazing Irish cooked breakfast with accompaniments of fruit salad and home baked bread and jams.
Eva's warmth makes the stay memorable and on leaving your wanting to plan a return stay.
We were there primarily to visit family in the area but did some sight seeing too. Recommends would be Donnerail Court House, and the Town House cafe, Donnerail. Buttevant Abbey, the museum; n Fitzgerald Park, Cork to name a few.
The area is full of beautiful scenery and with lovely walks and places of interest. More

Rooms are... read more very clean and cozy, breakfast is delicious, specially scones and rhubarb and ginger homemade jam and location is impressive, in the vast and beautiful Irish fields. If you are thinking about going to Ireland, you should definitely try this B&B. Eva, we will come to visit you again!

The bed was so comfortable, and I had a beautiful view of the patio and the pastures while lying on the bed! Gorgeous views right from the parking lot. A hot, filling Irish breakfast every morning to fuel us up for our adventures made with such hospitality. I can't say enough about our stay here. You won't find anywhere like this!

I have just returned from a most enjoyable stay at Park South, Donneraille. I was greeted with a great welcome from Eva and had beautiful appletart , muffins and tea... read more on my arrival. This was absolutely delicious. Eva goes the extra mile when it comes to the food and hospitality. I visited some towns in the vicinity including Fermoy and Kanturk. I also visited the Glen of Aherlow, which is absolutely amazing. Donneraille Park and Annes Grove also, are well worth a visit. I would definitely recommend staying at Park South and Eva is an outstanding host. Many thanks again Eva for all your generosity.

I had beautiful rhubarb tart... read more and cream along with beautiful scones. I felt at home straight away and I always enjoy conversing with Eva who is naturally, excellent company.
Eva has an excellent knowledge of what amenities are available in the area. I visited Donneraille Park and also the donkey sanctuary at Liscarrol. The day before I left I went on a guided walk around the gardens at Annesgrove. These are all places I will hopefully visit again. This is one of my favourite places to visit and an excellent value for money B and B. When it comes to looking after guests, Eva, the host goes way beyond the call of duty. We stayed with Eva for four nights while on a trip to visit family living nearby. Our room was really spacious, the bed was comfortable and the ensuite with... read more powerful shower was great.
The breakfast was amazing, beautifully cooked and presented. We were served lots of homemade treats and felt very welcome.
The location was ideal, there was so much to see and do within easy reach by car. During our stay in Doneraile we visited the Wildlife Park, ate at the Town House, browsed in ARTitude gift shop and went for a drink in the Glananaar Bar.
We also visited Adare, Limerick, Mallow and Charleville and walked in the Ballyhea mountains.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Park South B & B and hope to return next year.

I was greeted with... read more tea and scones followed by absolutely beautiful applet tart and ice-cream. Eva has a very warm personality and generosity of spirit. She always seems to have time for a chat, even though she is quite busy. This is a B and B I can't recommend highly enough, and I hope to pay it a visit soon again. Many thanks again Eva.

we were surprised by the amenities:
washer, dryer
kitchen gadgets to the brim
as used to central heating, it took me 24 hours to realise: that fireplace is not a decoration:
once the logs and pieces of coal went up in dancing flames
= the most cosy warm atmosphere

My wife and I have just returned from a 4 night stay in this gloriously snug little cottage in the open countryside of Doneraile Co Cork. The weather wasn't the... read more best but once we got inside the quaint stable door and lit the fire, put the kettle on and sliced the home made apple tart (courtesy of the ebullient landlady) we were ready for anything. It was more than easy to fall asleep in front of the roaring fire (and we did). I want to keep this little gem a secret but I also want to share the secret of Irish hospitality, practised by the vivacious and irrepressible landlady Eva Lane. An ambassador extraordinaire for Irish Tourism, she surely is! Long may it last.

We came back home today after staying there a week we were welcomed by a really nice lady called Eva who runs the b&b we were welcomed with fresh... read more scones cream and home made Jams followed apple pie and tea we loved our room it has everything you need and nothing was to much trouble for Eva breakfast was exceptional a full cooked Irish breakfast and fruit and toast with best butter tea coffee and home made cakes so if your looking for home cooked food Eva is your woman even to the little touch of two chocolate bars left on the tea trolly everyday I cannot praise it enough

Me and my boyfriend stayed last night at Park South BnB. The BnB is situated in a lovely quite area of Ireland but not to far from amenities. We went... read more mountain biking in the Ballyhoura mountains yesterday and the BnB was in a great location for us. I slept great. The owner was super lovely and breakfast was incredible, I loved the homemade Jam. Highly reccomend staying here.
