In 2001, the cottage on a parcel of land came up for sale next door to my Park South B&B and my son decided to buy it and renovate it. I remember the man that used to live there as a child and he used to fix old vintage clocks. We decided to maintain its ambience as the traditional Irish cottage and take advantage of the wonderful views of the Nagle Mountains from our sunroom and patio. The Holiday Cottage consists of 2 spacious bedrooms - one double room and one twin room (double & single bed), both en-suite [Sleeps 5 maximum]. The master bedroom has a large en-suite including a bath, shower, sink & toilet. There is also a luxurious sitting room, sun porch, kitchen and adjoining breakfast sun lounge with great views of the Irish landscape. It is a cosy cottage with both central heating and an open fire. Free Wi-Fi throughout at Nagle View. It has all the facilities of a 4 star Self Catering Holiday Cottage i.e. powerful showers, flat screen televisions with free to air channels and streaming capabilities, in each bedroom, DVD player, stereo system, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, separate hob and oven, electric blankets on all beds, hairdryers, toiletries and towels/linen provided etc. It also has a large landscaped garden providing guests with a relaxing and tranquil retreat from the buzzing city. A barbecue can be provided if required. Ideal location for touring world famous visitor attractions, activities, pubs, restaurants and shops in the Cork/Kerry Region. Guests on arrival at the Self Catering Holiday Cottage will be met by myself, Eva and a tray of home baking will be provided for your stay in which you can enjoy in the sunroom or patio overlooking the lush pastures.
